Ambrosia Deluxe

To create awareness of the versatility of Ambrosia’s Deluxe custard, we created a contra deal with Mews of Mayfair – the official bar sponsor to Taste of London. Using their head barman's expertise to amplify the trend for ‘dessert drinks’, he devised a custard-based rum and gingerbread cocktail ‘The Queen Raffald’, sampled exclusively throughout the weekend event. Our photography and recipe hit the headlines with online coverage including Daily Mail online, Evening Standard and Stylist magazine.
