Dysphagia Programme

To position Premier Foods as the authority within the health and education catering sectors, we teamed up with industry associations including Local Authority Caterers Association, Hospital Caterers Association and the NHS to build a Dysphagia solutions programme. This delivered texture-modified meal solutions for caterers in care homes and special schools. Our launch event at the Kent Cookery School included recipe unveiling, demos, workshops and a roundtable discussion, resulting in us changing influencer perceptions of Premier Foods as well as the lead exclusive cover story on Cost Sector Catering Magazine.

Premier Foods won ‘Foodservice Footprint Communication Engagement’ winner at the Health & Vitality Awards.
