Premier Menus

We continued to drive re-appraisal for Premier Foods by demonstrating the added value it offers its foodservice customers through a series of themed menu solutions guides. Including innovative recipes from expert chefs, the menus were designed to drive sales uplifts around key cultural and seasonal calendar hooks including Mother’s Day and Easter. Tapping into the trend for retro desserts, our ‘Desserts through the Decades’ guide featured Premier’s iconic Angel Delight and Ambrosia ads. Results included over 50 pieces of editorial from a proportionately low base of foodservice media.
