On Thursday 21st August, Cirkle helped Walkers to go retro
with a press campaign to bring back the
original and iconic Monster Munch snacks, which were originally
introduced in 1977. The re-launch sees the reintroduction
of a bigger, crunchier Monster Munch corn snack,
a bigger pack format and retro pack
design featuring the loveable and iconic Monster
characters.
To celebrate the campaign, Cirkle hosted a half day event
for the trade press at Robert Opie’s Museum of Brands,
the perfect retro venue for this fun event. The day was attended
by a group of senior Walkers and Pepsico staff who all had
the opportunity to chat with the representatives from every
major trade magazine, and take part in the 70s and
80s themed quiz.
With a full turnout from the press, and great feedback from
journalists and clients alike, Cirkle expect a great deal of
coverage over the next few weeks.
