Having hired, influenced and nurtured two of our own apprentices here at Cirkle – including the Higher Apprentice of the Year winner, we were thrilled to attend the inaugural Apprenticeship Celebration organised by the PRCA last night.

Our Chairman, Caroline Kinsey, took part on the panel discussion along with representatives from Universal Music, UK Music and the Crown Prosecution Service. Compere, Tim Campbell MBE - winner of the BBC’s ‘The Apprentice’ - led the discussion with an engaged and enthusiastic audience of over 150 attendees.
Caroline spoke of the importance of helping and attracting young talent into the PR industry and the highly beneficial role apprentices play in businesses across the UK. Caroline commented “We were honoured to be able to share our positive story of apprenticeships with such a captivated audience. It is a joy to see employers taking apprenticeships seriously and realising the positive impact they can have on their business. We still some way to go in convincing young people that there are alternate routes into the PR industry, but with events like this, I’m proud that we’re heading in the right direction.”
