Cirkle’s Chairman, Caroline Kinsey, ran yesterday’s Brighton Marathon – all 26.2 miles of it - in just 4 hours 19, and raised a huge £5k for Pancreatic Cancer UK in memory of her business partner and friend.

Describing it as “the most beautiful course, despite a few hills”, Caroline, along with her partner Mick, took part in the Marathon along with 9,998 other participants. With a stunning backdrop of the sea in one of the country's most vibrant cities, the Brighton Marathon has become renowned for its buzzing atmosphere and roaring crowd support.

Both Caroline and Mick sported purple Tutus – the official colour of Pancreatic Cancer UK and Caroline added “I was so overwhelmingly proud when I crossed the line yesterday. It was a huge challenge but the phenomenal work that Pancreatic Cancer UK does, gave me every reason to get me round. A massive thank you to all the wonderful people who sponsored me and helped me raise vital funds to aid research into this dreadful disease. It was an emotional day all round.”
