We wanted to extend a big thank you to all our clients who participated in our bi-annual Client Satisfaction Pulse-Check last month. The feedback has provided us with invaluable insights to ensure we continue to deliver best-in-class campaigns and client service for our clients.

Overall we received an increase in positive scores across each metric (Quality, Team, Creativity, Strategic Thinking) vs our September 2014 audit. Creativity has been a particular focus area for us and for the top score of ‘Really Good’, we achieved a score that was 46% higher than the industry average.
We also continued to beat the industry averages for all other areas:

Quality: 96% of clients scored us ‘Really Good’ and ‘Good’ (vs 89% industry average)

Team: 95% of clients scored us ‘Really Good’ and ‘Good’ (vs 94% industry average)

Strategic Thinking: 91% of clients scored us ‘Really Good’ and ‘Good’ (vs 88% industry average)

We are particularly proud of the ‘shout outs’ given to individual team members which is extremely motivating for them. We were also very happy to read comments such as “The urgency, pace and dedication to our business is great”; “I consider us lucky to have such a strong team who always takes the lead”; ”You demonstrate great strategic thinking based on sound insight”; “Remarkable”; “Innovative approach” etc.

We believe client satisfaction should be our priority and we are committed to running these bi-annual client audits. We understand that there will always be the need for continual improvement and therefore client feedback is tremendously important.
