Part of our ongoing influencer campaign for Premier Foods in the foodservice sector, our team recently held an exciting finals event for the ‘Dysphagia Chef of the Year’ competition.

Committed to supporting Dysphagia (the medical term for swallowing difficulties, particularly prevalent in care homes) chefs were tasked with producing innovative ‘texture modified’ (puréed) recipes for care home caterers.

The campaign demonstrates how Premier Foods is bringing ‘dignity to dining’, with winning recipes taste tested by attending influencers including high profile media from foodservice trade title as well as local press.The competition was also pre promoted throughout the foodservice media and continues to position Premier Foods and its product range, as experts in this field – all part of the food manufacturer’s award winning Healthcare Solutions Programme.
