As part of our ‘Wellbeing in the Round’ employee engagement model – aka our homage to our ‘healthy body/healthy mind’ philosophy, our teams are now taking part in a number of weekly fitness initiatives.
Run by a twice-Ironman contender, teams can choose from four 40 minute CORE sessions each week (including yoga-inspired moves and deep stretching), to weekly lunchtime RUNNING CLUB. Fitness levels of any time are catered for and welcomed and
we've already had a huge take up rate, having to add in additional classes due to demand. Our programme will continue to ensure our teams are fighting fit as we’re keen to bring one of our key values ‘We Bring Out The Best’ to life.
