High Client Satisfaction Scores
The scores are in for our annual client satisfaction audit and we're pleased to say that yet again, we've beaten industry averages.
We scored in the 90%’s for ‘Really Good’ and ‘Good’ across Quality, Team, StrategicThinking and Creativity, beating the industry average for three of these key metrics. We’re also particularly proud too that 100% of clients who responded are likely to recommend us.
Positive verbatims included “go the extra mile”, “passionate”, “always willing to help”, “high standards and efficient” and “fresh approach” – as well as a number of ‘shout outs’ for individual team members, which is hugely motivating for them. Client satisfaction continues to be our number one priority and we'd like to thank all of our clients who participated in the independent audit.
For every response received, we committed to donating to our chosen charity, Pancreatic Cancer UK, resulting in over £300 being gifted to this great cause.
