As part of our immersion into our clients’ worlds, our Morrisons team got to work in store to gain direct insight into the challenges (and rewards) for the retailer.

As well as roadtesting some npd ideas, and hearing first hand from Morrisons in-store expert food makers, our girls iced cakes

in the bakery section and served Morrisons award winning fish & chips in the café.

Observing customers' shopping habits first hand gave a deeper understanding of target audience behaviours – which plays to our strategy of uncovering genuine insight that lives in the real world.
