Part of our retailer engagement campaign for PepsiCo’s Quaker Oats brand, we gave retailers in the convenience sector, an exclusive opportunity to win a store makeover to help attract local shoppers and maximise the hot breakfast sales opportunity.

The winning retailer, Kings Ride Supermarket in High Wycombe, saw our teams and professional set dressers transform the store into a stunning winter wonderland, complete with snow - in what is predicted to be one of the warmest Christmas’s for us.

Pardip Kumar, owner of the winning convenience store commented on the day, saying: “It’s amazing and has attracted much excitement in the community. Quaker has put a smile on mine and my customers’ faces.”“A key part of our business is supporting local retailers with exciting in-store activity whilst giving something back to their local community.” commented Matt Goddard, Field Sales Director at PepsiCo.

Our activity, which we launched as a competition through the key trade media, certainly made an impression on the local nursery who brought their children along to play in the fake snow and interact with the reindeers - bringing them an early Christmas present!
