Things got heated at Cirkle HQ today as our offices transformed into ‘The Cirkle Arms’ for the launch of our team pub quiz courtesy of Walkers crisps.

We did it to bring our latest Walkers foodservice PR campaign to life as we helped the no.1 crisp brand in the pub channel to launch its new pub quiz initiative. Helping drive footfall and crisp sales across pubs in the UK, our team created a bespoke Walkers Pub Quiz microsite and downloadable quiz guide for publicans - packed with everything they need to entertain their local community, including innovative ideas for quiz formats, hints and tips to liven up their quiz, as well as questions (and the answers). The guides also included crucial information on how to increase sales of the all-important bar snacks offering during the evening and were supported with glossy point of sale material to create in-pub theatre. Kicking the launch off with a competition, the campaign will see one lucky publican win a brand spanking new PA system.

As well as our teams pitting it out with questions across sport, music, fashion and general knowledge, we launched the initiative to the foodservice trade media, inviting them to take part in their own pub quiz night as we took over a pub in Mayfair. Never has there been such competitiveness for a bottle of fizz and a bag of crisps!
