Sporting their finest pinnies, our teams took over the Premier Foods’ Foodservice Development Centre of Excellence on Monday.

Their mission was to create, cook-up and serve a Christmas feast for Premier Foods’ employees and its senior management. With three Cirkle teams, including our MD, pitting their Christmas cooking skills against each other, the mouthwatering menu demonstrated how the Premier Foods’ iconic brand portfolio provided the essential ingredients for innovative Christmas meals … beit across the plethora of foodservice channels, or for the end consumer. The menu included: BISTO Bouillon Butternut Squash, Celeriac & Smoked Bacon Soup; PAXO Stuffed Turkey; Seasonal Vegetables & OXO Parisenne Potatoes; MCDOUGALLS Brownie Trifle with Baileys & AMBROSIA Crème Chantilly.
