Carli started her career in Youth Marketing at Face, the co-creation Agency, and went on to set up Univillage, the UK’s first social networking site for University students - on-boarding clients including Red Bull and Sky.

Moving to a client leadership role at AKQA, Carli delivered creative digital solutions for blue chip brands including Sainsbury’s, Fiat, The British Army and Nokia. Wanting to further develop the role of social communications in marketing, Carli co-founded Roost in 2009 to help brands engage in valuable, long term relationships with their customers online ... doing so for the likes of Toys R Us and WORLDFOODS.

After working with Cirkle in an exclusive strategic alliance for three years, Carli and the rest of the Roost team joined the agency in 2014. A fully certified Iron WAG, Carli is also a lover of snow, cycling and DIY, and is happiest when the roads and pistes are clear and the sun is shining.
