EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT VIDEOS
We worked with Britvic to ensure that their employees feel a strong sense of belonging within the company, in line with their company strategy of Healthier People, Healthier Planet.
Britvic in Great Britain has four employee-led networks, covering disability awareness, gender equality, LGBTQ+ support, and championing minority ethnic employees. However, we found that there was a lack of knowledge about what these network offered.
To raise awareness of these internally, we wanted to showcase the people behind the networks through a video series to show what a sense of belonging really means at Britvic in an authentic way.

Filmed over two days, actively avoiding scripts or storyboarding to prioritise authenticity. Four long-form videos (one per network) were created and one long mash-up video with clips from each network.
These were hosted publicly on Britvic’s YouTube channel, Britvic’s owned social channels, and internal channels.
