Making the Invisible, Visible

LAUNCHING THE DYSON AIR PURITY PULSE CHECK

Indoor air quality is a growing issue across the UK and one that businesses need to tackle. But how do you make people care about something they can’t see?

We needed to bring the impacts of poor indoor air quality to life. This is where the Air Purity Pulse Check was born.

We launched an in-depth look into UK attitudes towards the importance of indoor air quality in workplaces, schools, hospitals, pubs, restaurants, hotels, gyms and spas with Dyson Professional to lift the lid on what people expect from businesses and professional spaces.

Conducting research with over 3,000 participants, we not only made the invisible visible in terms of shining a light on the risks of poor indoor air quality but we also demonstrated the sizeable gap in consumers’ expectations versus the action businesses are taken.
